Vistara of Tata Group and Singapore Airlines have canceled their flights for the third consecutive day today. The company has canceled 10 flights from the capital Delhi today. The airline canceled 15 flights from Mumbai, 12 from Delhi and 11 from Bangalore yesterday and had canceled around 50 flights on April 1. Company spokesperson had said that Vistara is currently facing shortage of pilots. In such a situation, it has been decided to cut down flights and until the shortage of pilots is resolved, only limited flights will be operated. The airline will also refund passengers on canceled flights. Government has sought a detailed report. Yesterday i.e. on March 2, the Civil Aviation Ministry (MoCA) had sought a detailed report from Vistara regarding flight cancellations and delays. The Tata Group and Singapore Airlines-owned company has canceled more than 110 flights in the last one week, including today’s 10. At the same time, more than 160 flights have been delayed. Flights will be reduced for proper connectivity. Vistara spokesperson said, ‘In the last few days, many flights have had to be canceled and there have been many delays. We accept it. We apologize for this inconvenience caused to customers. Our team is engaged in reducing it. Therefore, we have decided to reduce the number of flights, so that we can ensure better connectivity in our network. Large aircraft B787-9 Dreamliner and A321neo deployed in domestic routes The airline said that large aircraft like B787-9 Dreamliner and A321neo have also been deployed in domestic routes, so that maximum number of passengers can fly at one time. .
