GSSSB Agriculture Assistant Recruitment 2024: If you have studied agriculture subject and are looking for a government job, then you can apply for these recruitments in Gujarat. So many posts will be filled
A total of 502 posts will be recruited through this recruitment drive of Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board. These posts are of Agriculture Assistant, Horticulture Assistant and Manager. Talking about the breakup of the vacancy, there are 436 posts of Agriculture Assistant, 52 posts of Horticulture Assistant. A total of 14 posts of Manager will be recruited.
Who can apply
To apply for these posts, it is necessary that the candidate has a degree or diploma in the relevant subject. For example, for the post of Agriculture Assistant, candidates with diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture Engineering, Agriculture Processing or Agriculture Cooperative Banking and Marketing can apply. The age limit for these has been fixed from 18 to 35 years.
Similarly, candidates having a diploma in horticulture from a recognized university can apply for the post of horticulture assistant. Its age limit is 18 to 33 years.
For the post of Manager, candidates having Bachelor or Master degree or PG Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, Hospital Administration, Tourism Hotel Management or Business Administration can apply. Age limit is 18 to 37 years.
How will the selection be done
The selection of candidates for these posts will be done through written examination and interview. Candidates who pass the written examination will be called for interview. The selection of those who pass both the stages will be final.
How much will the fee be?
The fee for applying for these posts has been fixed at ₹500. Reserved category, female candidates, PH category candidates and ex-servicemen have to pay a fee of ₹400. The salary for each post is different. For example, the salary for the post of Horticulture Assistant is Rs 25,000 per month.
