Uttar Pradesh is currently facing the wrath of severe heat. After which the Basic Education Department has extended the holidays of the little ones. Summer vacation was till 15 June 2024 in council and recognized schools from class 01 to 08 under the Basic Education Council Uttar Pradesh. In view of the forecast of the Meteorological Department and the increasing heat, the period of summer vacation has been extended for the students till 28 June 2024.
According to the notice, teachers will have to be present in the school from 07.30 am to 01.30 pm from 25 June 2024 and do other administrative work. Whereas schools will be opened for students from 28 June 2024. Students will have to be present in the school from 07.30 am to 10.00 am. At the same time, from 01 July 2024, schools will be operated from 07.30 am to 01.30 pm.
