Power couple Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna have been married for 22 years and with so much experience, they recently gave some tips for a happy marriage during an interview. Akshay told ANI in an interview that he avoids discussing politics with Twinkle because they have different views on the matter. “My wife’s views on politics are different from mine. We do not impose our views on each other. We mostly try to avoid such discussions because there is no point in discussing them.”
Akshay said, “When we live happily, it is sometimes said that we should not keep anything hidden but, I say that sometimes it is necessary to do so because there is no solution to it. “Hold it somewhere and live happily.”
Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna got married on 17 January 2001. They have two children named Aarav and Nitara. After acting in many films, Twinkle stopped working in films in 2001. She entered the world of writing by releasing her first book ‘Mrs. Funnybones’ in 2015. In 2017, she wrote a book containing a collection of stories named ‘The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad’ and after this she wrote another book ‘Pajamas are Forgiving’.
Talking about Akshay, he debuted with ‘Saugandh’ in 1991 and a year later, he got his first commercial success with the action film ‘Khiladi’. He also did many hit films like Namaste London, Hera Pheri, Bhool Bhulaiyaa and Welcome. His most recent release is Mission Raniganj which released in theaters on 6 October.
