It is reported that superstar Amitabh Bachchan has bought a plot in a seven star enclave in the holy city of Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh. This plot is near the same place where the grand Ram temple is built. Mumbai developer The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has not disclosed the size and price of the plot. But industry sources say that it is approximately 10,000 square feet and for this Big B has paid or will have to pay ₹ 14.5 crore now.
Saryu, spread over 51 acres, will be formally inaugurated on January 22. On the same day on which the grand consecration ceremony of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple will be organized in Ayodhya. According to the developer, it is about 15 minutes away from the temple and half an hour away from the airport. This project is expected to be completed by March 2028 and become a five star palace hotel.

Let us tell you that Big B’s birthplace Prayagraj (earlier Allahabad) is a four-hour drive from Ayodhya. HoABL chairman Abhinandan Lodha said Big B was Saryu’s “first citizen” and his investment would turn the project into a “symbol of Ayodhya’s global spiritual significance”. He said the superstar’s investment in the Ayodhya project “reflects confidence in the economic potential of the city and a deep appreciation of its spiritual heritage.”
