Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya Box Office Collection Day 4: Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya had a good start. The film collected Rs 55.10 crore on the first weekend. Shahid is definitely winning hearts in the romantic drama directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Shah. People also liked Kriti Sanon’s new style. However, some viewers and critics also raised questions on the loose story line of the film. A similar mixed reaction was seen at the box office also. The film performed well in the first weekend but suffered a setback on Monday. On Monday, February 12, there was a 65 percent decline in the film’s earnings.
According to the report of SACNILC, the fourth day collection of ‘Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ will be only around 3.75 crores. With this, if we add the domestic collection till now i.e. the earnings across the country, then the figure will reach only Rs 30.85 crore. This decline in collections can become a cause of tension for the makers.
The film received mixed reactions
While on one hand TBMAUJ got four stars in most of the reviews, there were some critics who did not see much strength in the film. He found the story line of the film quite tired. At the same time, the way it was sold i.e. in rom com style, it did not fit in that category either. This means that you will laugh after watching the film, but you cannot say which thing you find more funny, the weak film or the light dialogues. It neither felt like science fiction nor a romantic comedy.
