The price in Delhi has now come down by Rs 30 to Rs 1646. Earlier it was available for Rs 1676. In Kolkata, this cylinder is now available for Rs 1756, earlier its price was Rs 1787. In Mumbai, the cylinder has come down by Rs 31 from Rs 1629 to Rs 1598. In Chennai, the cylinder is available for Rs 1809.50. However, there is no change in the price of 14.2 KG domestic gas cylinder. It is available for ₹ 803 in Delhi and ₹ 802.50 in Mumbai. 2. Hero vehicles became expensive by up to Rs 1,500 from today. Hero MotoCorp vehicles will become expensive from today. The company has announced to increase the ex-showroom prices of some selected vehicles by up to Rs 1,500. Hero MotoCorp said that this decision has been taken due to increase in commodity prices. Earlier on June 3, 2023, the company had increased the ex-showroom price of some models of scooters and bikes by about 1.5%. In the last financial year i.e. 2023-24 (FY24), the company sold the highest number of 53.95 lakh vehicles. 3. Tata Motors’ vehicles also became expensive by up to 2% Today, Tata Motors’ vehicles have also become expensive by up to 2%. The increase is different according to different models and variants. The company said that this decision has been taken due to increase in cost. Tata had given this information in the exchange filing on June 19. 4.Vodafone, Jio and Airtel recharges will become expensive Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea have announced to make their recharge plans expensive. Jio, Airtel plans will become expensive from July 3, while Vodafone’s new plans will be effective from July 4. Jio has increased the price of its basic plan from Rs 155 to Rs 189. Similarly, Airtel’s cheapest plan of Rs 179 will be available for Rs 199. It offers 28 days validity, unlimited calling and 2 GB data. The Rs 265 plan will be available for Rs 299. VI’s cheapest plan of Rs 179 will also be available for Rs 199. 5. If the SIM is stolen, a new SIM will be available in 7 days The government has changed the rules related to mobile number portability (MNP) and SIM swap. If the SIM card is stolen or damaged, now you will have to wait a little to get a new SIM. Earlier, after the SIM card was stolen or damaged, you used to get a SIM card immediately from the store. But now its locking period has been increased in this case. Now users will have to wait for 7 days. Only after this will users get a new SIM card. According to the new rule, people who have recently swapped their SIM card will not be able to port their mobile number. Customers will be able to do this work after 7 days. That is, after the change in the MNP rule, you will get a new SIM card only after the next seven days. 6. Will not be able to make credit card payments through PhonePe and Cred. You will not be able to make credit card payments of 26 banks through fintech companies like PhonePe, Cred, BillDesk. This is because, after June 30, all credit card payments will be processed through a centralized billing network Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS). For this, banks will have to enable BBPS compliance. So far, only 8 out of a total of 34 banks have enabled BBPS compliance. 26 banks have not enabled it. These 26 banks also include HDFC, ICICI and Axis, which have issued more than 5 crore credit cards. These include 2 crore credit cards of HDFC Bank, 1.7 crore of ICICI Bank and 1.4 crore credit cards of Axis Bank. 7. Accounts with no transactions for three years will be closed. If you have a bank account in Punjab National Bank and you have not made any transaction in it for more than 3 years, then that account will be closed. The company had asked such account holders to do KYC by June 30. The bank had said that notice is given to all such account holders who have not operated their account for more than 3 years till April 30, 2024 and have no balance in their account. PNB said that to ensure that these accounts are not misused, the bank has decided to close such accounts. No change in petrol and diesel prices There has been no change in the prices of petrol and diesel even today i.e. on June 1. Currently, petrol is Rs 94.72 per liter in Delhi and diesel is being sold at Rs 87.62 per liter. At the same time, petrol is available in Mumbai at Rs 106.31 and diesel at Rs 94.27 per liter.
