A total of 6000 GD constable posts will be recruited through this recruitment drive. Of these, 5000 posts are for men and 1000 posts are for women candidates. What is the eligibility for application
To apply for these posts, it is necessary that the candidate has passed 10 + 2 i.e. Intermediate examination from a recognized board. Along with this, it is necessary to have Hindi/Sanskrit subject in 10th and proficiency in it is also necessary. Age limit is 18 to 24 years. Reserved category will get relaxation in age limit.
How will the selection be done
Selection on these posts will be done after passing several stages of examination, which is broadly named as Common Eligibility Test. Under this, written examination, PMT test, PST test etc. will be taken. First there will be physical tests, the candidates who pass them will appear in the written examination. This will be an objective type exam which will be conducted in both Hindi and English languages.
