Asif Shaikh, born on 11 November 1964 in Delhi, started his career in 1985 through the TV serial Hum Log. After this he appeared in the film Rama O Rama in 1988. In the 90’s, Asif Sheikh played the role of villain in films like Bandhan, Karan Arjun and due to this he got a lot of popularity. However, after some time, he got fewer film offers. After this, he turned to the small screen and in the year 2015, he made a comeback on TV with the serial Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai and became known in every household as Vibhuti Narayan Mishra.
