Golden Globes 2024: Here is the full list of winners, see who won which award

The 2024 awards season officially begins with the 81st Annual Golden Globes. In this, awards are given to the best films and TV shows of the last year. It was the year of “Barbenheimer” as Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie’s hot pink comedy “Barbie” and Oppenheimer led all nominated films. The two films, which released on the same weekend last summer, became phenomenons in pop culture, the box office and the awards circuit.

“Barbie” is up against “Air,” “Poor Things,” “May in December” and “The Holdovers” for best comedy or musical. On the other hand, “Oppenheimer” is competing in the drama race with “Killers of the Flower Moon”, “Maestro”, “Anatomy of a Fall”, “The Zone of Interest” and “Past Lives”.

Talking about TV, HBO’s “Succession” is leading all nine nominations. This is followed by FX’s “The Bear” and Hulu’s “Only Murders in the Building.” Apart from “Succession”, the race for best TV drama includes “1923”, “The Crown”, “The Diplomat”, “The Last of Us” and “The Morning Show”. “The Bear” and “Only Murders in the Building” will compete for best comedy with “Abbott Elementary,” “Barry,” “Jury Duty” and “Ted Lasso.”
