Kangana Ranaut’s emergency film, which is contesting the Lok Sabha elections from Mandi in Himachal Pradesh, has been postponed again. On Wednesday, her production banner Manikarnika Films shared a statement on social media, in which they wrote, ‘The actress gives priority to her duty towards the nation and her commitment towards serving the country.’ Let us tell you, actress Kangana Ranaut had recently joined Bharatiya Janata Party, after which fans’ eyes are on her political career.

Manikarnika Films shared a post on Instagram, which read, “Our hearts are full of love for our queen Kangana Ranaut. As she gives priority to her duty towards the nation and her commitment to serve the country, the release date of our most awaited film ‘Emergency’ has been postponed. We promise to update you with a new release date soon. Thank you for your continued support.”

Talking about the film, this most awaited film of Kangana Ranaut was earlier scheduled to release on June 14, which was said to be a day after the consecration of Ram Mandir in January. Earlier when the film was scheduled to release on 24 November 2023. But it got postponed due to change in schedule.

It is noteworthy that apart from Kangana Ranaut, Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Shreyas Talpade, Vishak Nayyar and late Satish Kaushik are seen in the emergency. The story of the film revolves around the life of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Kangana Ranaut is seen playing his character.
