Salaar Movie Review in Hindi: KGF Chapter 1 and KGF Chapter 2 director Prashant Neel’s Salaar has been released in theaters worldwide on 22 December. Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Shriya Reddy and Jagapathi Babu are seen in lead roles in Salaar. There was tremendous hype about Salaar. But there was also negative publicity about the film and it was being said to be a remake of Ugram. It was being told like KGF. But after watching Prashant Neel’s film Salaar, the first thing that comes to mind is that Ugram is also in it. It also has a KGF like feel to it. But this is completely Salaar. Salar’s story
The story of Salaar is about two friends Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran. Prabhas does something for Prithviraj that he considers a favor to him. Then something happens that Prabhas gets buried under the favor of Prithviraj. Shruti Haasan also enters the film. But overall the story reaches Khansar, the den of criminals. Who has his own rules and his own world. To survive here one has to sacrifice others. In this way, the story of the film starts with Ugram and after the interval giving the feel of KGF, it suddenly transforms into Salaar and Prashant Neel takes you to a different world. Some such world which till now only Baahubali director Rajamouli has been successful in creating. Although the first half may seem sluggish, the second makes up for it.
Salaar’s direction
Salaar’s direction is excellent. Prashant Neel has shown that he is a brilliant storyteller and a mastermind of action films. He has shown that he knows how to play with colors and what he has done with the story and characters is fun. Where the end of the film left off, the question will arise in your mind as to what next and they have hinted that the next part of Salaar is Shauryang Parvam which is going to be even better.
acting in salar
Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran did not have to work hard in terms of acting in Salaar because Prashant Neel did not burden them at all through direction. Prabhas and Prithviraj settle into their roles. Shriya Reddy has also joined in. Jagapati Babu is also seen in a small but effective role. Overall, the world of Salaar is captivating.
Salar’s Verdict
The first half of Salaar is a bit slow. But as the interval approaches and the speed of Prabhas’s action increases, the film seems to get a new direction and the tone of the story changes. The very texture of the film changes. Thus, if Prashant is a fan of Neel and Prabhas, likes watching Prithviraj, is fond of action films and wants to watch something larger than life, then Salaar is the perfect choice.
