Sanjeeda Sheikh and Siddharth Shukla worked together in the serial Jaane Pehchaane Se… Yeh Ajnabi. Sanjeeda talked about the actor in an interview given to Siddharth Kannan. Sanjeeda said- I worked with Siddharth Shukla for a year and when he left this world, it felt like a personal loss. We were very good friends and our understanding was also very good. I remember I was shooting a Punjabi film in Amritsar and I got a call from one of my friends and he told me that Siddharth is no more. It took me some time to accept this but I also knew my strength at that time.

Had to shoot a funny scene

Sanjeeda further said- I understood that an actor has to forget everything while acting. Imagine that the day your friend dies, you have to shoot a scene in which you have to be funny. It is tough, maybe you cried after packing up, but it feels very bad. Let us tell you that Siddharth Shukla died of a heart attack in 2021. Siddharth got fame after the TV show Balika Vadhu. He became more famous after winning the Bigg Boss 13 trophy.

Apart from this, Sanjeeda Sheikh talked about her last conversation with Siddharth and how the actor was looking forward to a bright future after winning Bigg Boss. She said, “I had a conversation with him just three months before his death when COVID was going on. He told me, ‘Sanju, I will do something.’ Bigg Boss gave him so much love and affection from the audience that he was a confident person. He seemed like a refined version of himself compared to when we worked together years ago. It felt beautiful, he deserved the love and appreciation he got at that time. ”
