Popular TV actress Chahat Khanna recently revealed that she was offered the role of an Apsara in the grand mythological show ‘Shrimad Ramayana’. But he rejected this offer. The show makers had contacted Chahat for the role of Apsara but Chahat was not in the mood to accept the offer. In an interview with IANS, the actress said that it is an honor to consider your name for a role in a big mythological show like Ramayana. She rejected this offer because she was not happy with it. She said that if she had been offered the role of Sita, she would have accepted it.
Chahat also told that she is trying to avoid playing gray characters at this stage of her career. Chahat said that she is mostly getting offers to play gray roles. She said that recently she rejected an offer from Sony SAB because she was about to be finalized as a lead character in a show. She even said that she would love to be a part of a beautiful mature love story. Chahat revealed that she is writing the storyboard of a mature love story and would like to play the lead role in it.
Chahat also talked about the rumors of an offer from Colors for a love story and said that she has not signed the project yet but talks are going on.
