Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) got their flight diverted twice due to inclement weather in Kolkata on their way from Lucknow. First, they landed in Guwahati and one hour later they attempted again but failed and had to stay in Varanasi. KKR still have three days before they play their next game. On the other hand, Suryakumar Yadav's second IPL century took Mumbai Indians to an important win against the Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2024.
