Director Bina Modi and her younger son and the company’s executive director Sameer Modi have clashed. Sameer has complained against his mother Bina Modi for getting him attacked at Delhi’s Sarita Vihar police station. He alleged that his mother prevented him from attending the board meeting. On his mother’s orders, his security personnel attacked him, which also resulted in his finger being broken. He said, “My finger has been joined by a screw.
