Interim bail to Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal: In jail since September in money laundering case, said in January Was- I will die in jail. Bombay High Court on Monday granted 2 months interim bail to Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal in a money laundering case. He will come out of Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail after 8 months. Naresh was arrested on 1 September 2023. The court has asked Goyal to pay a bond of Rs 1 lakh. They will not be able to go out of Mumbai without the permission of the court. Goyal had sought bail citing medical and humanitarian reasons. He is undergoing treatment at Reliance Hospital. Both he and his wife Anita Goyal are suffering from cancer. Public sector telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) will start 4G service across the country from August this year. News agency PTI gave this information on Monday (May 6) quoting an official. According to the agency, this service of BSNL will be completely based on indigenous technology. This indigenous technology has been developed jointly by a consortium consisting of IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Telecom Research Organization C-DoT (C-DoT).
