Tata Group Honorary Chairman Ratan Tata was honored with the prestigious KISS Humanitarian Award-2021 on Monday. He has been given this award for his commitment towards social development and corporate leadership. On Monday, a felicitation ceremony was organized at Ratan Tata’s house, where KIIT-KISS founder and Kandhamal Lok Sabha MP Prof. Achyut Samant handed him this award. The award was announced in 2021. Which is dedicated to recognizing individuals and organizations doing humanitarian work around the world. It was started in 2008 by Dr. Achyut Samanta. Awarded with Padma Vibhushan and Padma Bhushan, he has been honored with many awards during his career. He has also been awarded India’s two highest civilian awards, the Padma Vibhushan in 2008 and the Padma Bhushan in 2000. Recently, Ratan Tata was honored with the state’s first ‘Udyog Ratna’ award by the Maharashtra government. Earlier, he was honored with Australia’s highest civil honor ‘Order of Australia’ award.
