Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) MD and CEO NP Singh has resigned after a 25-year tenure in the company. However, he will continue to lead the company until Sony Pictures finds a new successor. He has been with SPNI since 1999. NP Singh sent an email to the company’s staff saying, ‘Today I have a significant update to share. After nearly 44 years in my career, including a rewarding tenure of years at SPNI, I have decided to step down from my role as MD and CEO.’ Sony Pictures looking for NP Singh’s successor NP Singh said – After achieving many achievements with our team, I am now ready to focus on social change and move from operational roles to advisory roles. I will continue to lead Sony Pictures until we find the right person to take over this position. We have started the process for this. Finding the right person is our top priority.
