A decline is being seen in the stock market today i.e. on 9th May. Sensex is trading at the level of 73,162, falling by more than 300 points. At the same time, Nifty is also seeing a decline of more than 75 points, it is trading at the level of 22,227. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 20 are showing decline and only 10 are seeing rise. Except the shares of Nifty Bank, Auto, Realty, PSU and Consumer Durables, all other shares are witnessing a decline. Nifty Auto is seeing the highest rise of 2.11%. Shares of Hero MotoCorp rose 6%. Shares of two-wheeler company Hero MotoCorp are seeing a rise of 5.98% after the positive results of the fourth quarter of 2024. The company’s shares are trading at the level of Rs 4,890. In the fourth quarter (January-March), the company’s profit has increased by 18% on an annual basis to Rs 1016.05 crore. Flat trading was seen in the stock market yesterday i.e. on 8th May. Sensex closed at 73,466 with a fall of 45 points. At the same time, Nifty closed at the level of 22,306. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 15 saw a decline and only 15 saw a rise. On BSE, 2,133 shares rose and 1,661 shares fell. There was no change in 132 shares. Whereas oil and gas had the highest increase of 1.7%. The auto index rose 1.56%. Energy rose 1.54% and Metal rose 1.48%. Whereas Nifty Bank declined by 0.55%.
