There is a rise in the stock market today i.e. on Monday, 22 April. Sensex is trading at the level of 73,464 with a rise of 376 points. At the same time, Nifty is also seeing a rise of more than 116 points. It is trading at the level of 22,261. In today’s trading, out of 30 Sensex stocks, 24 are showing a rise and only 6 are showing a decline. There is a rise in all the sectors of NSE. There is a rise in all the sectoral indices of NSE. While PSU Bank and Nifty Realty have the highest increase of 1.07%, Consumer Durables have increased by 1.01%. Apart from this, slight growth is being seen in sectors like Nifty Bank, Auto and Financial Services. There was a rise in the market on Friday. On the last trading day of last week i.e. Friday, April 19, the stock market had closed with a rise of about 600 points. After falling by almost 700 points in the first few hours of the market, the Sensex recovered by 599 points and closed at 73,088. At the same time, there was a rise of 151.15 points in Nifty, it closed at the level of 22,147. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 22 showed a rise and only 8 saw a decline. In Friday’s trading, the biggest rise was seen in the shares of PSU Bank, Private Bank and Financial Services. Last day to invest in Vodafone Idea’s FPO: The follow-on public offer i.e. FPO of telecom company Vodafone Idea (VI) is open from April 18. The company wants to raise ₹18,000 crore through this issue. Retail investors can bid for this FPO till today i.e. 22nd April.
