A decline is being seen in the stock market today i.e. on 2nd April. Sensex is trading at the level of 73,850 with a fall of more than 100 points. At the same time, there is a decline of 30 points in Nifty, it is trading at the level of 22,400. During early trading, out of 30 Sensex stocks, 21 were seen declining and 9 were rising. If you apply for 1 lot as per the upper price band of IPO of ₹ 570, then you will have to invest ₹ 14,820. Retail investors can bid for a maximum of 13 lots i.e. 338 shares, for which they will have to invest ₹192,660. Yesterday the market had made an all time high. On the first day of the financial year 2024-25 i.e. today on April 1, the stock market has made a new all time high. During trading today, Sensex touched the level of 74,254 and Nifty touched the level of 22,529. However, after this the market came down a bit and the Sensex closed at 74,014 with a gain of 363 points. There was also a rise of 135 points in Nifty, it closed at the level of 22,462.
